Summers are the best season to get healthy. Heat warrants more fluids, and we recommend nourishing goodness of Milk, Curds and yummy yogurt drinks like Mango, Rose Lassi, masala Butter Milk. Curds / Yogurts are THE most beneficial as digestive fluids and also full-fill the requirement of proteins and other necessary nutrition in the drink.
The only precaution – Do not drink a hot or cold drink like tasting yogurt drink (except when you make kadi out of it). Do not even try to chill a once hot yogurt drink, it is already bad.
